Pricing is based on your unit count, not number of users. All plans include all features. As your HOA grows, you may need to upgrade tiers (Starter → Professional → Business → Enterprise). We'll notify you in advance, and you can upgrade with one click.
Currently, you can add members manually or send them a join link to self-register. Bulk CSV import is on our roadmap for early 2026. Most HOAs find that having residents self-register actually keeps data more accurate.
Yes! We use bank-level security with encryption at rest and in transit. Each HOA's data is completely isolated. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (used by millions of businesses). We never sell your data, and we comply with privacy regulations.
Residents can pay with credit cards, debit cards, or ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The 2.5% transaction fee covers payment processing costs.
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. We recommend exporting your data before canceling. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
